Dr. Damla Khan

Dr. Romana Ramzan

Entrepreneur, published author, consultant and educator, Dr. Khan holds a PhD and MBA. She founded Brainsteins, an educational enrichment company with a flagship program, KidsMBA, teaching entrepreneurial skills to children in Singapore. Her accolades include the IBM Prize for Entrepreneurial Journey from Imperial College Business School, the Dean's Social Impact Award, finalist for The Company of Entrepreneurs' EASI23 (Entrepreneurs Award for Social Innovation 2023) and being selected as one of 20 entrepreneurs by Scottish organisation Foras to attend Web Summit Lisbon. Damla has secured Innovate UK funding for university spin-off, Selfily, and has been accepted into competitive accelerator programs. She is a Deep Tech consultant specialising in life sciences and has helped European SMEs raise EUR 20 million grant funding from European agencies. Her strategic vision and educational expertise fuel our mission to empower young entrepreneurs.

An alumnus of the University of Strathclyde (UK) has a Bachelors in Marketing & European Languages, and two MSc degrees in Business Information Systems and Energy Economics. He augmented his knowledge with a course at Harvard University (US) on Global Energy and Environmental Politics. Mohsin has held various consulting roles in IT, Oil & Gas, and business consulting. He recently served as a Project Lead, successfully overseeing a large-scale IT rollout for the Campari Group across global markets, including the US, UK, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, where he dedicated six months to project delivery in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Mohsin's versatile expertise reflects his ability to navigate and lead strategic initiatives in diverse industries on a global scale. He envisions a fresh approach to education integrating technology & a global mindset to prepare the younger generation for the rapidly changing world, broadening horizons & fostering innovation in academics.

A leading figure in the gaming industry and academia, Romana is a Senior Producer at the BAFTA Award-winning No Code Studio in Glasgow. She co-founded Scottish Game Jam, served as a Director for Global Game Jam, and has been recognised with multiple honours, including Develop Magazine’s “30 Under 30”, Scottish Asian Woman of the Future Award, and being named one of the Top 100 Women in Games in the UK by MCV. She has been appointed to the Board of Directors at the British Film Institute and the Board of Trustees at the Edinburgh International Film Festival. Romana brings innovative thinking and industry expertise, ensuring creative, user-focused solutions in our app development.

Healthcare professional turned marketing strategist, Cristina combines a clinical background in dentistry with commercial expertise across global corporations. She began her career as a dentist before transitioning into healthcare sales and marketing at GlaxoSmithKline, where she applied her medical insights to develop engagement strategies for both healthcare professionals and consumers. At Amazon, Cristina drove revenue growth by harnessing consumer insights and launching scalable digital marketing programs. She holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and is currently expanding her expertise in artificial intelligence applications. Cristina’s multidisciplinary background and passion for innovation bring a unique perspective to the intersection of health, technology, and business strategy.
